King of Shaves Takes on Big Dog in UK
King of Shaves will be launching a major marketing campaign in the UK this year, aimed at propelling their Azor razor handles to the No. 1 spot.
It takes guts to take on Gillette at any time. Spending big bucks to go after their market share in today’s economic climate is a pretty bold move.
“…the marketing investment is aimed at pushing Azor, which launched last year, from third to best selling handle in the UK and to ultimately becoming the second biggest shaving brand in the UK behind Gillette.”
