Shave War in the Lone Star State
The state government of Texas, which obviously has all other social ills handled, is going after Rooster’s grooming parlors because they let cosmetologists, rather than barbers, offer shaves to clients.
Way to go, Austin politicians! You really have all Texas’ ducks in a row!

It’s a pain – I cut my own hair (what little there is) most of the time, but when I do go to the local barber, I often have to wait for a barber to shave my neck after another “barber” (but with a cosmetologist license) has already cut my hair. It’s silly, it’s expensive (I have two people to tip) and not necessary.
