‘True Blood’ Shave?

True Blood, an HBO series about vampires, kicks off its second season tonight.
That would have nothing to do with shaving, except for one thing: Gillette, owned by marketing wizards Proctor and Gamble, is running a ‘True Blood Shave’ ad campaign for the Fusion razor.
What the hell?
As I said before, I won’t question the marketing know how of P&G or Gillette.
But would you want any association to ‘blood’ in your razor campaign? Call me crazy, I wouldn’t.
